Pauline believes that art and real estate are meaningfully interwined. She understands that ones home and art reflect not only monetary worth but what one values and treasures.
Born and raised in Northern California Pauline had her office in San Francisco for more than 25 years before moving to New York in 2009.
Pauline completed transactions for her own account in Manhattan, Washington D.C., Sag Harbor, San Francisco, Carmel, Pebble Beach, Los Angeles, Austin, Texas, Santa Fe, and in Paris where she owned and renovated apartments for her own account and for her clients,
Pauline believes there is no better determination of the worth of a painting than the sale of art at auction in "real time."
She advises to various foundations also to artist estates and she works with collectors as a liason to the leading auction houses.
Pauline works with dedication. discretion and commitment to facilitate gifts on behalf of her clients to major museums. She is an avid researcher determined to uncovering a paintings long lost provenance.
Pauline has an extensive referral network across the United States, as well as, in Paris and London.
She currently spends her time in Paris and New York, she lives in Washington D.C. close to her daughter and her son in law.
